Division III

Who it’s for:

Players with little to no basketball experience, learning the game for the first time.

Focus Areas:

Basic dribbling, passing, and shooting fundamentals

Understanding game rules, positions, and sportsmanship

Developing coordination, motor skills, and teamwork

Building confidence and fostering a love for the game

Goals:

Establish a strong foundation to safely introduce recreational competitive play

Athletes who have played in recreational leagues or pickup games but are new to structured, skill-based training.

Refining fundamental skills with improved technique

Introducing game concepts like spacing, movement, and defense

Goal:

Elevate skills and game understanding to prepare for school or travel team competition.

Players with prior travel team or school team experience, looking to refine and elevate their skills for high-level competition.

Focus Areas:

Advanced offensive and defensive strategies, including game situational awareness

Position-specific skill development and decision-making under pressure

Strength, agility, and endurance training tailored for elite performance

Leadership, mental toughness, and preparation for competitive opportunities

Goals:

Prepare athletes for varsity-level play, competitive exposure, and potential collegiate opportunities
