Iconic Sport Performance (ISP) is a woman-owned, minority-owned, and veteran-owned performance training facility established in Fall 2014 in Columbia, South Carolina. Co-Founders Ashleigh Edwards and Krystal Barclay are dedicated to transforming the health, wellness, and sports landscape in their hometown.

ISP offers comprehensive services, including basketball-specific training, strength and conditioning, and IQ development, aiming to enhance athletes' skills and character. The facility serves individuals aged six through professional levels, fostering a learning environment that emphasizes confidence, leadership, and essential life skills.
