1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our site (hoopiconacademy.com), enrolling in our programs, or participating in any of our classes or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Iconic Sport Performance and Icon Academy offer youth athletic training, including basketball skill development, after-school enrichment programs, team training, and strength & conditioning sessions for ages 6–18.

3. Registration & Enrollment

All participants must:

Register through our online platform (Jackrabbit Class)

Submit required waivers and forms digitally

Provide accurate contact and emergency information

Ensure parental or guardian consent for minors

We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant at our discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

Tuition is billed monthly or per session depending on the program

All payments are processed securely through our online system

Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless canceled by Iconic

Refunds are issued only for cancellations made by our team or due to medical/injury situations with appropriate documentation

5. Attendance & Conduct

Participants are expected to attend their scheduled classes on time and in proper attire

Repeated absences, tardiness, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund

Parents/guardians must supervise children outside of class times unless otherwise arranged

6. Liability Waiver

By enrolling, you acknowledge the risks associated with athletic training and release Iconic Sport Performance and Icon Academy, their staff, coaches, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or incidents occurring on or off site during participation in our programs.

7. Communication & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, updates, and promotional messages via text or email.
